Coaching
1:1 executive coaching or leadership cohort programming for internal groups (e.g., c-suite, people managers, emerging leaders, etc). All sessions focus on taking the next best action to achieve your goals. Includes tools and accountability check-ins as well as optional add-ons like 360° feedback and other assessments to deepen insight and accelerate growth.

Focused Strategy Sessions
Strategy sessions designed to draw out ideas, clarify priorities, and build momentum for change. Outcomes are captured and translated into clear, actionable briefs to guide next steps. Implementation-Ready Planning
I work with co-facilitators to design and synthesize facilitated stakeholder input into action plans—complete with detailed tactics to carry out every strategy that are grounded in your reality, not a consultant's boilerplate. Outcomes → Action plan with clear next steps grounded in what people actually said—and what the work really requires. Optional enhancements include companion narratives, one-pagers, and/or slide decks.

Culture Work
Facilitation and learning focused on team dynamics, cultural norms, and repairing trust. I help teams move past tension, turnover, and misalignment to build shared language and stronger collaboration. Includes optional add-ons such as assessments or training modules to build shared understanding & support difficult conversations. I’ve coached and trained thousands of people across sectors, adapting to different learning styles, neurotypes, and lived experiences. With roots in public health and policy, I bring both strategy and substance to leadership growth.
